How to Order

How do I place an order?

To place an order, click on the Add To Cart option of the product(s) that you want. The product(s) will then be added to your cart after which you can either continue shopping or checkout. If a product goes out of stock it will be shown as ‘ out of stock’.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email as soon as you have placed an order. You will be given your order number that you may use to track your order or follow up on. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a text message confirming your order is on its way to be delivered to your doorstep. If you don’t receive any email confirmation of the order after a reasonable period of time then please to get in touch with us.

How do I make the payment for my order?

We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) on all orders. You are requested to make the payment at the time of receiving the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer next day delivery for all orders placed up to 9pm. Any orders placed after 9pm will be considered as next day orders and will be delivered the day after. Please ensure that someone is home to receive your order to guarantee delivery. Please indicate in special instructions if there is any specific timing you want us to deliver on.
Fresh Bakery Product(s)
Fresh bakery product(s) are only available for delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Order up to 24 hours in advance for delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Do you deliver outside Lahore?

No, currently we deliver in all areas of Lahore only.

Exchange or Return policy

How do I exchange or return my product(s) ?

For all the products apart from fresh products, we offer customers 7 days to request an exchange or return a product(s) provided the product(s) is unused and in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was sent and we will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product if it is not faulty).
Fresh product(s) cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please check fresh product(s) properly upon receiving them as they can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged at the time of receiving.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order up till 6 hours of placing an order.
